If contacting us for technical support, please check our Support and FAQ pages first. Then, give us a detailed description of the issue that you are having. Instead of only saying, “My internet isn’t working,” please give us more details like, “my computer isn’t loading any websites, but my phone on Wi-Fi is working,” or “I can’t load facebook.com but google.com is OK.” The more details you can provide, including the type of device you are on, if it’s plugged in via Ethernet or on Wi-Fi, if you’ve already checked that everything still has power, and the website(s) you are trying to visit, the faster we can assist you.
