We start with a complimentary site survey to assess your location, ensure line of sight to one of our many transmitting towers, and answer any further questions you may have. The survey may require roof access. If you are renting, please ensure you have your landlord’s permission.

Installation

Our professional installation includes mounting a radio on the roof, fascia, or a nearby pole for optimal signal strength. We run an Ethernet cable from the radio into your home, connecting it to a power supply. The cable then connects to your personal router, which you’ll need to provide or purchase separately, delivering fast, reliable Internet throughout your home. The entire process, including the site survey, usually takes two employees 2-3 hours.

During installation, our team can set up a new Wi-Fi network or check the configuration of your existing network. We have the technology to survey your home and map signal strength to ensure optimal coverage and determine if you need additional Wi-Fi access points. We can also assist with connecting phones, computers, TVs, or printers during this first visit.
